Start your day walking at the Bachweg to get your circulation going. After a Kneipp treatment in the natural stream you will be totally fit and awake. Stretching and mobilisation of muscles, joints and ligaments leaves you feel really amazing.
Fitness studio
Our fitness studio is equipped with state-of-the-art cardio- and weight lifting equipment from TechnoGym. After an introduction from our trainer Thomas even unexperienced guests can quickly start their effective training.
Positive effects of aerobic training:
- Exercise can make you feel less tired, less stressed and have an increased sense of vitality. Exercise can also make you feel happier - it has a kind of anti-depressant effect.
- Deeper breathing and increased tidal volume, increased pulmonary output.
- Strengthens the heart and lungs, (cardio vascular) system. An aerobically fit individual can work longer, more vigorously and achieve a quicker recovery.
