Yoga for children can be so much.
In a playfull manner we will discover yoga. We will become aware of our own body and breathing. Yoga strengthens the self-confidence – as well for our youngest who already have stressful times in school and kindergarden.
Children’s yoga promotes the phantasy and creativity as well as fine motor skills. The children learn more about their body by games and stories. Almost all yoga exercises have a name from the animal kingdom or nature (cobra, dog, fish, monkey…) which appeals to the phantasy of children.
