Prices

  • All prices are per person and include the Tuxerhof luxury half board and all taxes. Not included is the local tax € 1.50 per person and day ( from the 1. november 2018 € 1.80 per person and day). No refund is possible for any services not used.
  • Garage spaces can be booked separately at a rate of € 12/day. Subject to availability.
  • Reductions/Surcharges: The third adult person in the room receives 20% discount. Surcharge for single occupancy of a double room: 50% of the room price – only on request! Reduction for accommodation and breakfast € 11 per person and day. Room service € 5.
  • Notice: With publishing of the current price list all previous prices lose their validity. Services may be changed due to seasonal or weather conditions or even cancelled altogether. Errors and omissions excepted. Prices and conditions are subject to change.

Payment

Deposit: We ask that you pay a deposit of € 500 per room after receipt of your reservation confirmation within 3 weeks per EU standard bank transfer to one of the following accounts:

Check-in and check-out

  • On the day of arrival, your room will be ready by 2.00 p.m. On the day of departure, we ask that you vacate your room by 10.30 a.m.
  • The Tuxerhof luxury half board starts at 2.00 p.m. on the day of arrival and ends at 11.00 a.m. on the day of departure.

Reservation

  • We are happy to accommodate your room requests if possible. Please understand that we cannot guarantee the reservation of specific room numbers or floors. This also applies to specific table requests in the restaurant.
  • For reservations the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry apply: If prices in the reservation confirmation differ, then the prices according to price list apply.

Cancellations

  • Room cancellations are effective only if in written form. In the event of early departure or late arrival or cancellation within one month prior to the date of arrival we will charge 80% of the total agreed price. (Exception: travel cancellation insurance)
  • Travel cancellation insurance: In order to avoid any inconvenience we have taken out a travel cancellation insurance for all our guests! In the event of illness, accident or death of the insured person, their children, parents or grandparents before or during their stay with us, the insurance will indemnify any losses. The fee is € 15 per person and stay and will be charged extra. If you have already taken out a travel cancellation insurance yourself, please let us know with your reservation.

Pet policy

We charge € 16 per dog/day without food. Please understand that dogs are not allowed in some suites, in the restaurants, in the SPA area and on the sunbathing lawn. We reserve the right to charge a final cleaning fee.

Frequently asked questions

  • Are parking spaces available?

    We have a limited number of free parking spaces in front of the hotel – these cannot be reserved.

    You can book a space in our garage on request and by availability.

    Cost per day and car: EURO 10,- in the hotel garage / EURO 6,- in the garage of the apartment building “Wohnpark”

  • What is included in the room rates?

    Our room rates include breakfast buffet, lunch buffet, afternoon snacks and a 6-course menu of choice for dinner. Soft drinks are free until 9.00 p.m. Alcoholic drinks and drinks ordered at dinner will be charged extra. The room rates also include free use of the Tuxerhof Alpin Spa Area. For details please refer to our inclusive services.

  • When are the check-in and check-out times?

    Your room will be available at 2.00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Please let us know if you arrive after 9.00 p.m. so that we can organize a snack for you. On the day of your departure, we ask that you vacate your room by 10.30 a.m. Please contact us for different arrangements.

  • What do I have to bring?

    In your room you will find a bathrobe, towels, slippers or flip flops, hairdryer, umbrella and a rucksack for complimentary use. In addition we offer a selection of books and magazines. You can borrow Nordic Walking and hiking poles. The sports shop offers mountain bike and ski/snowboard rental at reduced rates.

  • Which methods of payment are accepted?

    We accept Maestro and credit cards (Visa and Mastercard).

  • Would you recommend to book spa treatments in advance?

    Our Well Beauty Center is usually very busy so we would recommend to book spa treatments in advance.

  • Are babyphones available?

    Yes, we can connect to your baby by entering a code into your room telephone. We will inform you in case of an “alarm”.

  • Is the hotel open all year?

    No, the Tuxerhof is closed after Easter until mid June.

  • Is Wi-Fi/Internet available?

    Yes, please ask for a personal access code at the reception.

  • What if I have to cancel or leave earlier?

    The cancellation insurance will cover all costs in case you have to cancel or leave earlier.

  • Are you offering special diets?

    We can certainly accommodate your dietary requirements. Please let us know any special requirements in advance.

  • Is smoking allowed in the hotel?

    Please note that the entire hotel is non-smoking. Please use our terrace for smoking.
