You can also transfer your preferred amount in advance – it will be credited to your invoice as a deposit.

Arrival and departure: On the day of arrival, your room will be ready from 3:00 pm. On the day of departure, you can enjoy your room until 10:30 am.
The Tuxerhof indulgence board begins on the day of arrival at 2:00 pm and ends on the day of departure at 10:30 am. On your departure day, you are welcome to continue using our wellness area including the afternoon snack – free of charge.

Yes, vouchers can be purchased in our online voucher shop on the website. Payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card.
If you recommend Tuxerhof to your friends, you will receive a €100 voucher as a thank-you. For submitting an online review (on Google, HolidayCheck, Tripadvisor, or Zoover), you will receive a €50 voucher as our appreciation.

Yes, you can connect to our hotel Wi-Fi free of charge throughout the entire property. Access details are available at the reception.

A deposit per room is required when booking. (For short-notice bookings, a credit card is sufficient as a guarantee.) For long-time guests, this deposit is waived starting from the 10th stay.

Bookings can be canceled free of charge up to 30 days before arrival (90 days during high season).
For cancellations within 30 days before arrival, 80% of the booked stay will be charged; in case of no-show, 100% will be charged.

For your protection, we automatically include a travel cancellation insurance for all guests. This covers cases of illness, accident, or death (also of close relatives) before or during your stay, as well as official travel warnings for Austria.
The premium is €20 per full-paying guest per stay and will be charged separately. If you do not wish to include this insurance, please let us know when making your reservation.
Note: For short-notice bookings made less than 4 weeks before arrival, it is unfortunately not possible to add the insurance.

Yes, dogs are very welcome at Tuxerhof. Your room will be equipped with a bowl and dog blanket, and you’ll receive our Tuxerhof Dog Guide with walking tips such as the Bachweg trail or the parking area at the Rastkogelbahn.
Please note: dogs are not permitted in the restaurant or wellness area. A paw-cleaning station is available at the ski depot entrance. Room cleaning takes place only when your dog is not in the room.
Cost: €28 per day (without food)
