Useful information for your time off

• Arrival and Departure: Your room will be ready from 3.00 pm on your arrival day. On your departure day, we kindly ask you to check out by 10.30 am.

• The Tuxerhof gourmet half-board begins at 2.00 pm on your arrival day and ends at 11.00 am on your departure day.

True to our hotel's philosophy, we can offer or reserve our rooms and suites from 9 months before arrival.

• A daily fee of € 28 applies (excluding food). Please understand that pets are not allowed in some rooms and suites, the restaurant, the spa area, or on the sunbathing lawn. We reserve the right to charge for any necessary final cleaning.

Whether you'd like to stay with us for just a few days or a long weekend, we warmly welcome you. However, please note that we can only accept short stays during the off-season and subject to availability, starting approximately 2-3 weeks before your desired arrival date.

• Free parking is available in front of the hotel.

   

• Hotel parking garage: € 18 per day.

   

• Parking garage at Private Homes Tuxerhof, a 2-minute walk from the hotel: € 12 per day (we are happy to park your car for you).

   

• Electric vehicle charging station available for an additional fee.

• Our prices are per person per night and are subject to availability.

   

• All prices listed include Tuxerhof's gourmet half-board and all taxes, excluding local tax of € 2.60 per person per day. Unused services are non-refundable.

   

• Children's discounts are available when accompanied by two full-paying adults in the room.

• Discounts/Surcharges: The third adult in the room receives a 20% discount. A surcharge of 50% of the room rate applies for single occupancy of a double room – available upon request only!

   

• Please note: With the publication of this new price list, all previous prices become invalid. Services may be subject to change or cancellation due to seasonal or weather conditions. We reserve the right to make changes, and we are not liable for typographical errors or omissions.

• We will gladly accommodate your room request whenever possible. Please understand that we cannot guarantee reservations for specific room numbers or floors. This also applies to table requests in the restaurant.

• Reservations are subject to the Austrian Hotel Contract Terms and Conditions: Should the prices in the booking confirmation differ from these, the prices listed in the price list always apply.

Cancellations and rebookings are only valid in writing.

June to November:

• Up to 14 days before arrival: free of charge
• 13 to 1 day before arrival: 80% of the booked stay
• No-show or early departure: 100% of the booked stay

 

December to April:

• Up to 1 month before arrival: free of charge
• 1 month to 7 days before arrival: 80% of the booked stay
• From 6 days before arrival, in case of no-show or early departure: 100% of the booked stay

Special Periods
During peak season weeks such as Christmas, New Year's Eve, and Carnival, a cancellation period of 90 days applies.

Deposits
Deposits already paid will be credited towards your next stay. A refund is also possible upon request.

Travel Cancellation Insurance
To ensure you can plan your vacation with peace of mind, we offer our guests travel cancellation insurance.

The following are covered, among other things:

• Illness (before and during your holiday)
• Accident (before and during your holiday)
• Death of the insured person or a close relative

The premium is € 20.00 per person per stay and will be billed separately. Children are automatically covered.

Please inform us when making your reservation if you do not wish to purchase travel cancellation insurance. Travel cancellation insurance cannot be purchased for bookings made within four weeks of arrival.

• Deposit: After receiving your booking confirmation, we request a deposit of € 1,000 (winter) and € 500,00 (summer) per room within 3 weeks via EU standard bank transfer, free of charge, to our account:

We offer culinary delights at the Tuxerhof during the following times:

• Breakfast buffet:
  from 7.30 am to 10.30 am
• Afternoon delights:

Summer: Hot dish of the day from 12.30 pm to 1.30 pm & afternoon buffet as well as coffee and cake from 2.00 pm to 4.00 pm

Winter: Afternoon buffet including hot dish of the day as well as coffee and cake from 2.00 pm to 4.30 pm

• 5-course gourmet menu:
  from 7.00 pm to 9.00 pm

The Tuxerhof pampering package includes:

• A generous breakfast buffet with regional specialties
• Afternoon delights with savory and sweet delicacies
• A 5-course gourmet dinner with choices
• Non-alcoholic drinks from the juice bar, coffee & organic tea in the wellness area
• Tea, water, fruit & snacks in the spa area

Of course! Your health and enjoyment are important to us. Please let us know when booking or shortly before your arrival so that our kitchen can cater to your individual needs (such as celiac disease, lactose intolerance, etc.).

Yes, we offer creative meat-free alternatives daily. While vegetarian dishes are a regular part of our menus, we are also happy to prepare vegan dishes upon request for an additional charge of € 15.00 per day. Just let us know.

Our opening hours for the wellness and spa areas are as follows:

• Water World (Indoor Pool): 7.00 am to 10.00 pm
• Sky Wellness Sunset Relax Pool & Infrared Sky Lounge: 7.00 am to 8.00 pm
• Sauna World: 10.00 am to 8.00 pm
• Alpine Spa (Treatments): 9.00 am to 7.30 pm
• Fitness Room: 7.30 am to 7.30 pm
• Late Night Spa: On Wednesdays, Sky Wellness is open until 10.30 pm

Our sauna area and relaxation zones are designed as "adults only" areas (access from age 15). However, there are great alternatives for families: The indoor pool and the outdoor relaxation pool in the garden are open to everyone. The rooftop sunset relaxation pool is accessible to children until 1.00 p.m., after which it is reserved for adults.

To ensure your preferred appointment time is available, we recommend booking before your arrival. This allows us to prepare optimally for your needs. Of course, spontaneous bookings are also possible on-site at the spa reception, subject to availability.

Yes, upon your arrival you will find a packed beach bag with cozy bathrobes and sauna towels waiting for you in your room. We also have bathrobes available for our younger guests (from size 98).

The valley station of the Rastkogel cable car is only 150 meters from the hotel. You'll be at the gondola in just a few steps.

You're right in the heart of it all! The Tuxerhof is a ski-in/ski-out hotel. This means that in the morning you can start your ski day directly from the hotel's doorstep at the Rastkogelbahn lift, and after your last run, you can ski right back to the hotel. It couldn't be more convenient.

Yes, hiking trails and mountain bike routes start right at the hotel and lead you directly into the fascinating nature of the Tux high valley.

The stop for the free sports and ski bus is just a few steps from the hotel. This provides convenient access to all parts of the village, ski areas, and the Hintertux Glacier every 10 minutes (winter) or 30 minutes (summer). We are happy to arrange a transfer for you upon request if you are arriving from Mayrhofen train station.

The possibilities in the Tux Valley are as diverse as our mountain landscape itself.
