Sun salutation
According to Far Eastern philosophy, the early morning hours are a very special and highly effective time for yoga. Nature awakens, and certain reactions and adjustments take place in the body and metabolism that can positively influence the entire course of the day.
The Sun Salutation is a sequence of various yoga poses (asanas) that are practiced in a flowing manner, synchronized with the rhythm of the breath. This sequence has an invigorating effect on the body, mind, and spirit. It mobilizes the joints, stretches the muscles and ligaments, and strengthens the cardiovascular system.
Soothing Movements – Gentle Breathing – Moments of Silence
Yin Yoga is primarily about relaxing into the asanas and allowing the breath to flow freely, thereby achieving inner peace and releasing underlying tension in the internal organs and muscle groups. We address stiffness slowly and gently, meeting the body and mind where they are.
The poses are assumed slowly and mindfully, sometimes with the help of props. Once a pose is assumed, the focus is on relaxing into it.
Tip: The perfect introductory program for anyone who just wants to give yoga a try.
Hatha-Yoga
Hatha Yoga is a form of yoga that seeks to achieve balance between body and mind primarily through physical exercises (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama), and meditation. The individual poses are held for longer periods, which strengthens the body and engages the deep muscles. Hatha means “life force,” which is necessary to achieve the ultimate goal.
Vinyasa-Flow
Vinyasa Flow invites you to become one with your breath. All movements flow seamlessly into one another. This reduces your susceptibility to stress.
Regular practice strengthens your feet, knees, and legs; makes your hips and back more flexible; and improves your posture, making it straight and upright.
