Step out onto the roof terrace and fill your lungs with the fresh mountain air of the Zillertal. A refreshing contrast before you dip your toes into the 32 °C water.
As you leisurely swim your laps at a depth of 15 metres, your gaze wanders over the peaks of the Zillertal to the eternal ice of the Hintertux Glacier. Reserved exclusively for adults from 1 pm onwards, up here – far above the hustle and bustle of everyday life – you can let yourself drift completely into a state of pure bliss.

As well as highlights such as the indoor pool with a water slide and morning splashing about in the outdoor rooftop pool, we offer special spa treatments such as children’s massages or manicures for little pamper-seekers.
In the family spa, you can relax together, and during the school holidays, the popular children’s sauna session takes place twice a week, complete with films in the event sauna in the garden.

A special highlight at the Tuxerhof: every Wednesday evening, the rooftop Sunset Relaxation Pool and the Infrared Sky Lounge are open until 10.30 pm – for a few relaxing hours under the starry sky.
The Tuxerhof offers around 50 treatments, including natural cosmetics, classic and energy-based massages, couples’ treatments, children’s massages, physiotherapy and massages for pregnant women.
Treatments can be booked daily from 09.00 am to 7.30 pm.
Yes, there are two of them: the rooftop Sunset relaxation pool at 32 °C and the outdoor relaxation pool in the garden at a soothing 36 °C. Both pools are heated all year round and offer stunning views.
- Our family indoor pool and the outdoor pool in the garden are open to children all day long; the Sunset Relaxation Pool is open to children daily until 1.00 pm.
- The sauna and relaxation areas are an adults-only zone, accessible from the age of 15.
- In our garden event sauna, there are two-hour family sessions twice a week during the school holidays. During these family sessions, the sauna is transformed into a 60 °C clothed sauna, where great children’s films are shown.
In your room, you will find one bathrobe per person and a basket containing two pool towels and one shower towel for your visit to the Alpin Spa. The baskets are replenished daily by the housekeeping staff with any missing towels. For hygiene reasons, please always use a pool towel in the sauna to ensure that the wooden surfaces do not come into contact with sweat. Small seat towels are provided for the steam rooms. It goes without saying that you should shower after using the sauna. If required, you can obtain further shower towels from the Well-Beauty reception.
