Our prices are per person and night, plus a local tax of €2.60 per person and night (from the age of 15).

The publication of a new price list renders all previous prices invalid. Services may be adjusted or, in individual cases, cancelled due to seasonal or weather-related conditions. Subject to changes, printing errors and omissions.

Cancellations and changes to your booking are only valid if submitted in writing.

June to November:

• Up to 14 days before arrival: free of charge
• 13 to 1 day before arrival: 80% of the booked stay
• No-show or early departure: 100% of the booked stay

December to April:

• Up to 1 month before arrival: free of charge
• 1 month to 7 days before arrival: 80% of the booked stay
• From 6 days before arrival, in case of a no-show or early departure: 100% of the booked stay

Special Periods

During peak season periods such as Christmas, New Year's Eve and Carnival, a 90-day cancellation period applies.

Any deposits already paid will be retained as a credit towards your next stay. A refund is also available upon request.

To help you plan your holiday with peace of mind, we offer our guests travel cancellation insurance.

The insurance covers, among other things:

• Illness (before and during your holiday)
• Accidents (before and during your holiday)
• Death of the insured person or a close family member

The premium is EUR 20.00 per person per stay and will be charged separately. Children are automatically covered.

Please let us know at the time of booking if you do not wish to take out the travel cancellation insurance. For bookings made less than 4 weeks before arrival, travel cancellation insurance can no longer be taken out.
