What are the check-in and check-out times?

Your room will be ready for you from 3.00 pm on the day of arrival. The Tuxerhof ‘pampering’ half-board package begins as early as 2.00 pm. On the day of departure, we ask that you check out by 10.30 am – you are welcome to enjoy our ‘pampering’ half-board package until 11.00 am.

What is included in the Tuxerhof ‘pampering’ half-board package?

You can look forward to a generous breakfast buffet, our afternoon treats featuring savoury and sweet delicacies, and a 5-course gourmet dinner. In addition, there is a selection of non-alcoholic drinks, as well as tea, water, fruit and light snacks in the spa.

What are the opening hours of the wellness area?

Our Water World is open daily from 07:00 to 22:00, Sky Wellness with its Sunset Relaxation Pool from 07:00 to 20:00, and the Sauna World from 10:00 to 20:00. On Wednesdays, you can even enjoy Sky Wellness until 22:30 as part of the Late Night Spa.

How close are the mountain railway, ski slopes and walking trails?

The Rastkogel cable car is just around 150 metres from the Tuxerhof. In winter, you can head straight into the ski area from the hotel; in summer, walking and cycling routes lead directly from the hotel into the Tux mountains.
