Skiing and boarding 365 days a year on the glacier
For all those who simply can't get enough of the white stuff, here in the Zillertal Valley we have the perfect solution: the Tux Glacier.
While others swim in the region's lakes or top up their tan in the mountains, you can enjoy perfect conditions even in summer in what is Austria's only 365-days-a-year ski resort. The glacier is also a popular place in autumn, when the first powder of the season falls and minds turn once again to skiing. Skiers and boarders can look forward to 18 km of pistes high above the valley floor with majestic views of the Zillertal Alps.
At the top of the resort at 3250 metres above sea level there is a viewing terrace with a 360° panorama - the icing on the cake of your summer skiing experience.
