In close cooperation with his kitchen team he guides guests through the day with a selection of delicious meals made using locally sourced ingredients, from a healthy and hearty breakfast to a lunch buffet and a sumptuous evening dinner.
We also host regular culinary events at the Tuxerhof to showcase the very best produce from the Zillertal Valley and the Austrian Tyrol.

Foodies can look forward to a culinary journey of discovery in the evening as head chef Maik and his team conjure up a five-course meal making the most of the natural produce for which our region is famous. Dinner is accompanied by a salad buffet and a selection of antipasti before concluding with a cheeseboard.

At the Tuxerhof we use only meat of the very finest quality for our dishes. Local butcher Hans Gasser supplies our hotel with the very best meat and sausages in the region, which are then turned into some of the most delicious food you could imagine by our kitchen team led by head chef Maik.
