Terms and conditions

By signing up to become a member of the Tuxerhof Friends Club you automatically accept its terms and conditions. Registration is completed using a double opt-in form or by giving your signature at reception. Membership of the Tuxerhof Friends Club is free of charge and non-binding.

Data protection

Your personal data, including your postal address, your e-mail address and further details about your person, will be saved on local servers for marketing purposes. These data will not be passed on to third parties. The servers these data are saved on are protected using special software and hardware which correspond to the latest data protection standards.

You have the right to see at any time the personal data we have saved about you. You also have the right to correct, block or (with the exception of data required for business processing) delete your personal data saved by us. Please speak to a member of the hotel management team if you wish to do so.

Data which is blocked will be kept in a locked file. You can also demand that data be completely deleted if there is no legal requirement for this data to be archived. In that case we will be happy to block access to your data, even if it is not legally possible to have the data deleted.

E-mail newsletter

We will send you a newsletter by e-mail no more than 15 times a year with the latest news and offers. You can unsubscribe from this newsletter at any time by clicking on "Unsubscribe."

Postal correspondence

As a member of the Tuxerhof Friends Club we will contact you no more than three times a year by post. Postal correspondence will comprise greetings or birthday cards as well as other print media.

Leaving the Tuxerhof Friends Club

You are entitled to leave the Tuxerhof Friends Club at any time and have your personal data deleted. Simply write an e-mail to info@tuxerhof.at and we will complete this process for you. You can change or wirthdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.

Changes to our data protection provisions

We reserve the right to change these data protection provisions in order to keep them in line with the latest legal requirements or to take into account changes in our services, for example when we introduce new services. Please be aware that these new, changed data protection provisions will then apply for your next visit to the Tuxerhof.
