Hygiene measures at the Tuxerhof hotel and spa

Our spacious and airy hotel makes it easy for guests staying at the Tuxerhof to maintain social distancing. From the lobby and the restaurants to the Himmelreich relaxation area, the Alpine Spa and the open-air terrace, we offer lots of space to relax and enjoy your stay.

Hand-sanitiser dispensers can be found throughout the hotel. We will also be happy to provide additional disinfectant when you arrive.  All members of the Tuxerhof team wear face masks or visors when dealing with guests and wear gloves wherever necessary. We have also intensified and improved our already outstandnig cleaning regime in the hotel.

Yes. Our spa facilities are open. Trained members of staff ensure that social distancing is maintained at all times. Some areas are only open to a limited number of guests at any one time. This is for your own safety. However, thanks to the size of our spa you will find plenty of space to relax.

Yes. Members of staff are on hand to control the number of people entering each sauna. We will do everything we can to make sure things run smoothly, but you may have to wait a little until it is your turn. Thank you for your understanding.

Yes. Our three chillout rooms as well as the HimmelREICH and the large terraces on the 4th floor with fantastic mountain views are open. Guests are also welcome to use the deckchairs and recliners in the garden.

Massages and other treatments are available. These are carried out in line with the current rules on hygiene. If you have any special requests, please tell us in advance so that we can plan accodingly.
